Ingredients
• 1 orange • 500g of chicken • 4 cloves of garlic • 2 tsp. salt • 1.5 tsp. pepper • Optional: 2 slices of chili • Ca. 2 tbsp. oil (I used cooking olive oil, other should work as well) • Half a cup of cachaka
Preparation
- Cut the chicken into pieces (I had flat chicken cuts that I further cut into ca. 3 by 3 cm cuts)
- Deskin and cut the orange
- Place the ingredients into a large bowl
- Let them marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours
Steps
- Fry the chicken in batches (3 minutes per side)
- Use the remaining marinade to glaze the chicken
